Onsite Consultation
We offer a complimentary on site consultation and evaluation, which is our opportunity to meet you, learn about your vision, and review your project details.
Project Analysis
Once the consultation is complete, you will have the opportunity to sign a Project Analysis Agreement. This agreement will begin the process of drafting a design and creating a set of plans for your project. Once you have approved the finalized plans, they are sent to our trade professionals to develop an overall budget for your project.
Budget & Contract
You will be presented with a contract once all bids are put together, and the budget is established. Once all final design and budgetary changes are established, and the contract is signed, the plans will move into permitting.
Selections & Permits
While the plans are going through the permitting process, you will work with our selections coordinator, who will help guide you through the process of picking out your selections like tile, flooring, cabinets and paint.
Construction
Construction will begin once all selections are completed and approved, and the permits have been received from the city. The duration and scope of construction will depend on the project itself. Whether it is a whole house or a covered deck, our goal is to make you feel heard and part of the journey.
